These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and winmy8 ("Platform", "we"). The general terms for financial transactions at winmy8 are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction;

• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, winmy8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and uncashed winnings, subject to individual case review.

winmy8 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notification, at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the winmy8 platform after the effective date of such amendment is considered your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.

The "Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates the date the last amendment was made to these Terms.
